Our standard hours are 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days (Queensland time). Pick-ups outside these hours attract an after-hours surcharge of $50–$175 depending on the time, and the exact amount is shown in your quote.

##### **Airport Meet & Greet**

Every Gold Coast Airport arrival includes our complimentary in-terminal Meet & Greet service, with your driver waiting inside to escort you to your vehicle. At Brisbane Airport, in-terminal Meet & Greet is available at both the Domestic and International terminals as an optional extra for $55.

##### **Group Travel**

Travelling with family, friends or colleagues? Our comfortable 12-seat transporter is the perfect solution for groups, offering generous passenger seating and ample luggage space for airport transfers, corporate travel, sporting events and special occasions.

##### **Last-Minute Bookings**

Need to travel today? If your booking is required within 12 hours, please contact us directly so we can check vehicle availability and assist you as quickly as possible.

##### **Service Availability**

Gold Star Transfers currently provides airport and long-distance private transfers throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Please note that Brisbane-to-Brisbane transfers are not available at this time.

##### **Public Holidays & Booking Times**

All bookings are processed using Queensland (AEST) time. Public holiday surcharges apply on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day

**Please note:** In the interest of child safety, Gold Star Transfers highly recommends a properly fitted child seat for all young passengers travelling with us in Queensland. In New South Wales, an approved child restraint is a legal requirement for children under the applicable age when travelling in our vehicles. Booking the right seat (or supplying your own) is the passenger’s responsibility — our drivers don’t carry spares, and may decline to carry a child without an appropriate seat booked or supplied.
